   Had a mobile puncture repair done this morning (Forest Freight GN70YDB) and this was not just a standard expected call out job, he was exceptional in his work and made a.repair rather than an instant tyre replacement you would expect on a company vehicle, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and left a lasting impression. Well done to the team on this one...

   I would never use this firm judging by their attitude of their employee! I was parked in a car park and their van and driver blocked me in, I politely asked him to move his van and to my shock he rudely refused!! I said I have an appointment to attend to which he said that was not his problem and I have to wait. My, wife, son and I were made to wait 10-15 mins until he finished the job. The guys who’s tyre was being changed even apologised but this companies employee did not care! I would have called the police to move him on but guessed that would take longer than waiting for this guy to move. Never will I use this company!!
