They are Porsche enthusiasts like myself and many other patrons. Their pricing is very good and they will not overcharge you for any work you need on your car.

   so I went to this place cos I thought they were a porsche specialist but this place done unnecessary work charging 180 for a hour but not even doing a good job I went cos I heard a little rattle which was a brake caliper spring other than that I was happy this place told me 40 on the phone and wen I got der 95 +vat then said if I do the work with them the 95 is off the final bill... but this is after saying 2 days the most at first he will have my car and had my car a full week.. everything jus changes with this place and then they changed suspension arms which they said I needed... wen all I wanted was the brake caliper spring removed which the technician done in 5mins after I paid and the noise was still there... they tried to make out thats all they could do but then I went to speak to the technician cos I was really unhappy the only reason i brought it here had not even changed the noise was the same... he told me he was sorry for the 750 bill he was misinformed about the problem like I said he done it in 5mins... so this place charged me 750 and done unnecessary work and wen I put it on another ramp at another garage this place welded parts they broke while doing the unnecessary work on my car snd didn't even tell me I had told them about it I will update what they say.. they claim the car had problems but it wasn't welded at the bottom on the piece which holds the suspension the wheel could fall off any moment this place put my life in danger with this kinda work.. look at the pictures I took after the work which was priced at 750... put my life in danger and costly future damage to my car... tried to say my car had problems I just got it 2 weeks before a 2015 macan whatever problems they claim this car had they are the only place to touch the suspension and look how they left it.. seals off breaking parts and welded without informing me cos you can't change the suspension without touching these parts and I saw the bottom of my car before it went into this place.. claiming in there reply to repaired the noise they repaired the noise with 750 pound of unnecessary work and the technician done it in 5mins now I have more problems because of the quality of the work disgusting but let's see how it's handled I will update this review. thanks *update after denying it for weeks they said bring it down to look at it but its a case whether your fixing it or nor they jus kept sending the same email u can bring down for a look so they never agreed to fix the damage they caused plus if the garage is gonna break stuff and glue it back and not tell me I'm not taking my car there again lost my confidence in this place as a garage or as decent people.. beware its disgusting behaviour can't put trust in a place that try and hide their mistakes which could have cost my life awful customer service and overall service -5 rating the pictures prove everything I see they try deny it in their response im trying to get legal advice and take this to trading standards

   I have been coming to HP Porsche for many years and each time they have been very helpful, knowledgeable and also transparent in all matters. No nasty surprises here ! Both Andy and Ishmail were very helpful on my recent visit, which was due to a road breakdown, the vehicle was timely diagnosed and repaired, and they even assisted me with my insurance claim.

   I rarely write reviews but my experience with HP Porsche required me to on this occasion. I only recently became a Porsche owner (and I am not one of those with endless amounts of money - it is a dream that was only just met by my means). Maintenance was a big worry for me, not only having it done right but also having it done for a fair price. HP Porsche have done just that and more. HP Porsche have performed a number of maintenance pieces at exactly the cost they estimated (which I recently found out their hourly rate is about 30% cheaper than some others around London) and have been very thorough in their communication. My most recent interaction with them actually cost me nothing. I was worried about a noise in the front end that I thought was there as well as discolouring of 3 out of 4 exhausts (my worry was mainly about the 4th). When I popped back at the end of the day, they told me the exhaust colouring was normal (it has the factory loud button) and then proceeded to not charge me a penny when they determined that they could hear no noises that were not meant to be there (after two test drives and twice being on the hoist). In fact, they told me, everything it could have been looks like it had been recently replaced. They didn't try to replace anything to bill and make up for their time spent. Truly honest people who will be getting my business for years to come. Thank you!
