   I am so glad I have come across this company, while trying to find an honest, not ridiculously priced company to change my gas fire to a wood burner. He was fabulous from the start, arranged everything over the phone (happily answered all my many questions) and WhatsApp and not only that did it and checked that I could keep my existing fireplace. Installation, explaining everything and tidying up after - they were fabulous! A big big thank you, I will definitely be recommending you.

   Rafal installed our log burning stove last month (November '22), and we are incredibly happy with his excellent work. He visited our house 3 times before installation to talk through the process and answer all of our questions about different types of stoves, flue sizes and the installation process. He also took numerous phone calls from me during the lead up to the stove being fitted. He advised us that it might not be possible to reuse our existing marble surround when he removed it to replace the existing gas fire as they are liable to crack depending on how it was fitted, but he was very careful and managed to get it off and back on with no damage whatsoever. He then built a new hearth with granite slabs and expertly fitted matching granite side slips inside the marble surround. Once the work was completed he explained how to use the stove and gave us tips on best operation and when to get the flue cleaned. One thing that really pleased us is how clean and tidy he kept things - especially when he removed bricks to open up the fireplace and fit a new lintel, the living room was clean and dust free after he cleared up. We soon received the HETAS/ Building Regs sign off through the post. Overall we are extremely happy with the work he has done, he did things to schedule and exactly kept to his (highly competitive) initial quotation.
