   I recently took my car to Fix Auto Hainault for repairs, and the service I received was exceptional. Daniel was amazing—efficient, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He arranged the booking promptly, and within just over a week my car was returned in showroom condition. The team provided regular updates, which I greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight Mimi for her superb customer service. Overall, Daniel, Mimi, and the entire team at Fix Auto Hainault were outstanding. I highly recommend their services.

   Great work done, amazing customer service! Daniel helped take the car in for repairs. He was very informative and went through the process with me in detail. He saw that I had a car seat in my car and went above and beyond to get me a courtesy car that could accomodate the car seat. I really appreciated this as this was something I was previously told (on the phone) that this was not in their control. I was given realistic approximate times of completion and this was followed up with a progress call with Daniel every four days. Picking my car up and dropping the courtesy car off was just as easy. Thanks Daniel and the rest of the team for getting my car back to showroom condition!

   Avoid at all costs!!! 0 stars is too flattering for this place. Communication is key, yet there is no communication whatsoever - from the moment I dropped my car off until the moment I received it, the service has been so poor! Daniel was pleasant enough when I dropped my car off - however, he was unable to answer any of my queries - kept mentioning that they only carry out the physical repairs, and if I had any issues, to speak to the Dagenham branch? Trying to get anyone on the phone at either branch is a nightmare! I have called up both branches more than 4 times each, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. I am directed to leave a message and only on two occasions, was my call returned. Ken, the manager, isn't very friendly. Apparently, the nature of the works to be carried out is none of my business! If you're thinking of getting some repair works done - don't use FixAuto!!

   0 stars as you are unable to get through to them over the phone. I have left numerous amount of voicemails and no one will return your call. I surprisingly spoke to someone a few days ago and was told my car would be delivered today and nothing so far. Communication is key which they have failed to provide.

   My partners car has gone in to be repaired under insurance for a minor accident. They cancelled the appointment 3 times, then eventually took the car in and provided a courtesy car. It was just one part that needs replacing and they said it will be about a week, then another week, then on a Monday telling us it will be done by Friday, then when we chased them on Friday they said they have not even got the part. Now saying they will call next week,. Generally they dont call, out of the several or more calls we have had, we have called or chased them. They have apologised a few times, but still doing the same, over promise and under deliver. If straight up from the start and gave a realistic time scale we can manage expectations.

   Fixed my car body work perfectly, however ordered parking sensors to be fitted 4 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back from them. I was told someone called me to give me a quote for the sensors and never did. Communication was so poor that i had to call the garage to find out if my car was ready. If u dont want the hassel chose another location.
