   Creates More Damage Than Repairs I handed my car in with one small crack, but when it was returned there were three additional cracks plus scratches that were not there before. Even the area they claimed to have repaired still showed damage. When I raised this, they tried to gaslight me by saying the cracks were already there, despite my clear before-and-after photos. Their replies were slow, rude, and dismissive. This garage caused more damage than repairs. Avoid at all costs.

   It took a while for the quote to get approved but once done everything was organised and work carried out virtually as estimated i.e. drop off courtesy car and pick up my car, estimated return of car etc. the guys dropping off the courtesy car and picking up mine and the reverse once done were very helpful and friendly. the work was of a very high standard and exactly as agreed. The car was cleaned which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this company and as insurance companies use them, must be of a good standard.

The team even went the extra mile by dropping my car off to me once the repairs were completed. What really impressed me was their continued support — even a month later, when I needed an additional document, they were more than happy to help and sorted it out quickly.

   Waited more than a week to get info when my car will be picked up due to accident. Insurance couldn't get any updates or get through to them. Manged to speak with someone to find out next available month is February. Who can wait for more than 2 months for repairs

   Excellent job repairing the damage on my car. Shame they left the inside in a state, the passenger footwell had a piece of trim hanging. And I had left some items in the car which have now disappeared. My advice is inspect everything before you pay.

   I brought my Mercedes front headlights to be replaced via my insurance on 9th of December and received my car back by 23rd of December realising that the light has been fitted but not entirely fixed as they forgot to install an additional module. I have contacted the company and they have admitted the fault and reordered the module, got my car finally fixed by 10th of January 2020! The team was quite friendly, the only downside is the lead time was quite long and I didn’t have my car for the entire Christmas and NYE. Bob was quite helpful my MOT was expired and he offered to drop the car to nearest MOT centre for me after my second visit.
