Jim has previously done a couple of small jobs for us as he was recommended by my neighbour. So I Called Jim last Friday as boiler had just died. So no hot water at all! Jim came round a couple of hours later and identified the problem. The PCB had died. He then gave me two quotes one to fix the ( 20year old boiler) and one for a new boiler. As boilers are only meant to last up to 15 years, I decided to go for new. Jim came back First thing Saturday morning with the new boiler and by the end of the working day , our new boiler was fitted and working. These days, plumbers need to be IT savvy as well, as I now have control of the heating via my smart phone. I would highly recommend Jims company. Very professional and great service.
Can’t recommend Jim more! He’s been wonderful in dealing with some major boiler issues we had. Had a number of different people come out and no one could help; but Jim fixed it the same day! He’s friendly and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be keeping him as our engineer for the future. He is super efficient and tidy and explains everything so you fully understand, no hidden costs and writes up all work covered. Have used J H Plumbing to have my boiler service about ten months ago and Jim did a Brilliant job and was very professional and clean. I recently had a dripping kitchen tap and a leak under my sink had Jim guide me on purchasing a good quality replacement tap.Jim attended my home on 30/10/21 and installed the new tap and fixed the leak job well done and I am very please. Thanks Jim will be having you in early 2022 to service my boiler. It always great when you can have a contractor that you are comfortable with and confident will do a Brilliant job.
