   Kemal fitted our new gas stove and did a wonderful job. He was available within relatively short notice, was easy to communicate with, arrived when discussed, was very friendly and fitted our new stove beautifully. There were also no extra surprises with the price, we paid the pre-agreed amount. Would recommend!

   I found Kem through Check-a-Trader. I read his reviews and was impressed so booked a service call with him. He called me back immediately and arranged a 2 hour window when he could see me (the same day!). He told me he’d also message and confirm an arrival time within the window. He did so and also messaged me 15 minutes before arrival. These things matter! And no one does it. He arrived and put boot covers on. He introduced himself and his nephew who is learning the trade. He inspected the boiler, pointed out a few visible areas of concern and asked me if I would like to proceed with a service before starting. He didn’t assume. He constantly checked in and advised me what he was doing the whole time. He then flushed the system, replaced several parts that were very corroded and damaged with wear, checked all the radiators and gave me a few tips for maintenance. All so incredibly helpful. The fact that he was also so polite and eagerly answered all my questions made it altogether a great experience. I’ll be having him back to replace my radiators later this year. Thanks Kem!

   Kem came today to install a radiator in our bathroom. We were very impressed with his work ethics. He was on time, he knew exactly what he was doing, his workmanship was clean and organised; he tested that it was functioning to our satisfaction. Kem is approachable and polite; we felt very comfortable to ask him questions regarding the work. We certainly will have Kem again for future jobs and would highly recommend him.

   I'm always wary when finding trades people from the internet rather than through word of mouth, but we got really lucky finding Kem. He's very good at what he does and he genuinely cares about doing the right thing for his clients. One evening our boiler started leaking. That evening Kem talked us through what to do to get it to stop on the phone, then came round to diagnose the issue in the morning and eventually replaced our whole system for us, all in less than a week. Really happy with our new upgraded system. Will definitely use him again.

   Our boiler needed to be replaced following leakeage and low pressure. Kem was so helpful and thoroughly explained what was wrong with it, and made recommendations as to what to do next. During the installation, he was friendly, professional and trustworthy. We are really happy with his services and we'll definitely continue to rely on him for all-boiler related issues. We now also have a digital thermostat which works great, thanks to him!!
