I would give -10 if i had that as my window screen job has been cancell 2 x now so i miss work, One was the screen being damage and yesturday i got told the guy is off sick dont they have any one esle to tke his place.
First windscreen I've had to replace and I'm 54! Auto Windscreens fitted me in on a Bank Holiday due to my work commitments. Ross was my technician. Great customer service, knowledgeable and efficient. I went for a coffee and visited a couple of shops. By the time I got back, expecting to sit in the waiting room I was told my car was ready to go! The car was immaculate with no sign of the replacement. Talented guy Ross! Have recommended already within days!
Customer sevice on the telephone were very helpful, he was able to answer all my questions and was very supportive on the telephone. On 04/12/2023 Home service. The technician, Paul (Kennith)that arrived to fix the broken window, he was very informative and professional. He called me to let me know he was 10 mins away and before he started the work he took the time to explain what it is he will be doing and did the best job he could. no more noise from broken glass when shutting the door, the glass that had slipped inside the door panel, Paul had cleared all the glass from inside the panel as well as fixed the glass. Good as new. Pauld did a fantastic job! Thank you.
I went in with a broken windscreen to be replaced an hour later they called me they broke the new replacement and now have to wait for another one after 5 days to fit me in for another appointement it looks like the technician there need a lot of training to replace a new windscreen not to brake the new one. Very dissapointing.
Good and friendly service. Easy to find location. My windscreen was replaced within 90 minutes of dropping my car off. I have given it 4 stars because I would have liked to know the procedure of how my windscreen would be replaced. I probably should have asked. Overall good experience.
This has to be one of the worst encounters I’ve had with a company. Twice now they have failed to show up to replace my windscreen. I spoke to a lady at Auto Windscreens on Saturday who assured me that my appointment has been rebooked (3rd time lucky?) for the 18th March and that someone would be in touch yesterday. I’ve heard nothing since. Shocking. Especially as I’ve paid!
I had the windscreen of my Mercedes e class changed (job 10757375)...coming there early. Nice welcome and the replacement started. The engineer was really polite and he does the job in a very professional way. In less than 2 hours I was ready to go. Once again thanks for good service received
