   I had a windscreen fitted to my xc40 on Friday, had issue with the rain sensor on Saturday but they were closed by the time it happened so phoned the main number & was told they would be in contact to book an appointment. Had a phone call from them on Monday and the issue fixed about an hour later and probably 5 minutes after turning up. Can’t fault them for their service and the guy that dealt with me was great, friendly & polite & sorted the problem within minutes

   Just picked up our Citoën van, rear window smashed, dropped it off in the morning and the boys absolutely smashed it, fast service quick turn over and very pleased.    National Windscreen, Hawley Road, Dartford: Brilliant service. Highly recommend them. Phoned and spoke to Mike, explained my rearview mirror had come off - he said to come in tomorrow. Next day John sorted it out straightaway. All good.

   The initial fitting of the new windscreen was fine. Everything SEEMED ok. The next day, when we used the windscreen wipers. It was evident that they had been badly. The R/H wiper hitting the window frame at the top of the stroke and them not resting at the bottom of the screen. Having to change our work plans, and revisit the branch to have this rectified was not convenient. They should have made a point of sending someone out to fix the problem Pronto.

   Our Landrover Discovery windscreen was leaking and causing our alarm to repeatedly go off during the night. Landrover customer service was very unhelpful - but, by contrast, National Windscreens were brilliant. The manager there was proactive, responsive and very professional. The windscreen was replaced, the vehicle dried out and we were able to pick it up 24 hours later. Thank you for sorting out a stressful situation - we're really glad we used your service.

   Would not recommend. They scratched my car and bent part of the wing when getting the old windscreen out. Had to get my car fixed then it took 2 weeks to get my money back that they owed me.

   Good products, but questionable customer service. Asked to just throw the key throuhh the window, without anyone actually checking for what car and if i had a booking. No place for actual customers as they park their own vans everywhere... 20+ vans parked everywhere
