   They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in contact with. Made an appointment, arrives 5 hours later, couldn’t complete the job and then had to reschedule. Rebooked another appointment TWICE & they no showed TWICE. Peter (who I assume is the CEO of the company) is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Constantly lied about turning up to complete the job and when I contacted the company directly, they said it would be within the next couple hours, once again, was a LIE. If you have any washing machine issues, I’d recommend finding another company, this terrible organisation will constantly waste your time.

   Had many different appliances from Safe Handz all working perfectly and comes with guarantee. If in any circumstance an appliance is faulty and is under guarantee they will either repair or change it unless it is blocked as that is our own fault for not emptying pockets but there service is superb I have many different appliances such as Cookers , washing machines , tumble dryers. I honestly think there the best in Dagenham and they have been helping our community for 19 years. Thank you Safe Handz Domestix

   These guys try to charge me £20 for a secondhand part. Which costs £6 new, unbelievable then they said you need it now else your washing machine won't work. Luck for amazon deliver next day.

   waited in for someone to look at my dishwasher after being given a time. hours later I called the company to be told they had van trouble. a call to let me know they would not be attending would have saved me the bother. will take my business elsewhere .

   I used Safe Handz years ago for a washing machine repair, which was done quickly and reasonably. I have just looked up the telephone number to recommend them again and thought I should leave a review. I deal with lots of people who are elderly and/or vulnerable and have used Safe Handz to help fix washing machine problems. They are fast to respond, swift to repair faults and are honest when the cost of the repair will be uneconomical. Appliances supplied by them have also been reliable and long-lasting. The fact that they have been around for so long is testament to their great service.

   Bought a washing machine in October for £130 , the machine broken down around end of January / beginning of February , I got given a 6 month guarantee for this appliance , I rang the company and they came and fixed my appliance free of charge the same day , I’ve never had a problem with this company , I bought my mum and dad a washing machine and cooker from this shop around 4/5 years ago and there both still working fine , ignore the bad comments as they don’t match up maybe rivals are putting bad comments on here!
