   Really happy with the service provided by Joe. Fitted a shower pump for me, after my old one came to the end of its life cycle. He sourced a replacement for me and altered my piping in order to fit the new one. New pump working well, pumping shower and bath with good water pressure. Highly recommend and will use Joe in future.

   Bexleyheath boiler replacement + new boiler installation into another room + removal of old radiator in favour of a vertical one. Joe was removing my very old 25+ years boiler from the kitchen that had a massive tank (located in utility room) and installed a new compact combi boiler into the utility room, super happy with the results. Joe is very efficient with his time, very professional and focused to get things done, but will also be attentive to your questions. He plastered the old boiler wall hole, drilled the new one in the utility room wall, did underfloor pipes work to make them straight, since we plan to also place a washing machine into the same utility room, he also removed a massive old radiator from the living room (new radiator is yet to be purchased). Joe also explained about thermostat positioning and he relocated it to a better place away from sun and drafts, he also showed about boiler indicators and parts and external weather sensor and what sounds combi boiler makes. It's a very clever new system. Hot water works, shower pressure on the second floor dramatically increased, kitchen space freed to place a fridge there. Very happy with the results. Joe is very responsive by the phone and whats app messages too. Very happy, highly recommend Joe if you are in Bexleyheath area. Thanks, Kate.

Once he arrived he services my boiler and diagnosed a fault then returned the next day to fit the new part. Great service, professional and knowledgeable as well as great value!

   Joe called back on the day of my request. Was really good on the phone, explained everything and explored several options for the problems with our heating system. Arranged a service for the boiler to begin with. Phoned on the day to let us know time. Prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Sent us a quote later that day for further work and is planning to come back in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended so far.
