The gentleman who did my boiler service was very thorough, he also explained everything in detail in layman's terms. It is my first time of using this company but definitely will not be my last. A well deserved 5 stars!
These guys were recommended to me by Worcester-Bosch, as accredited installers and the research I did before engaging, pointed to a successful company with reliable people. This proved to be the case. First of all, Danny (company owner) came to do an on-site inspection and made thoughtful observations and recommendations based on his experience, which I took on board. Alison, at their head office, prepared the estimate based on Danny’’s visit and gave me an estimate to replace and install my 25 year-old Vailant boiler with a Greenstar 4000. Everyting was agreed and confirmation was made by me two days before the engineer - Mike- turned up to install my new boiler. Mike was great - he just got right down to it and managed the install solo. First thing he did was to put down a drop-sheet in front of the cupboard where the install was going to be made. He made short work of the old boiler and quickly cleaned an flushed the entire system. He then had a bit of a time of it drilling relevant holes in my 1930’s house, which had very old external concrete & real pebbles on the external pebbledash. Not an easy thing to do, as I know from experience. Mike installed the boiler perfectly without incident and when he closed the cupboard door, one wouldn’t have thought anything had happened. He took me through the wireless EasyControl thermostat setup and the phone control app, leaving me with all the necessary documentation and showing me the operation of the boiler itself. I paid the outstanding bill by bank transfer, having previously paid 10% of the bill by credit card. What else is there to say? A reliable company with efficient friendly staff who gave me every assistance as a disabled person and made this admittedly stressful time a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
I am very happy with the service from HEH. From the day of the survey, Danny carried out a thorough check and talked me through different options, including the easiest installation route and the boiler that would be most suitable for my property. On installation day the engineers arrived on time, were very polite and looked after my property throughout the work layout out sheets to prevent damage. They were helpful all day, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, even the simple ones. Communication from the office team was also excellent. I would highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them for future jobs.
We recently had our old boiler condemned by another company, who left us completely without hot water or heating. Thankfully, HEH came to the rescue! From the moment we contacted them, their communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. They managed to fit us in quickly, and the engineer who came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They replaced the boiler the very next day and made sure we weren’t left without hot water in the meantime — a huge relief, especially with the cold weather. The work was done to a really high standard, and everything was left tidy afterwards. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers’ comfort and goes above and beyond to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HEH to anyone needing reliable, honest, and professional plumbing and heating services. They really turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth experience.
HEH have installed the new boiler in our old flat in 2020, after some horrible experience with another firm. Since then they have done the yearly service. This year we have moved houses and needed a new boiler and new pipes and radiators. I do absolutely trust HEH, they are honestly one of the best companies I have encountered in UK. Danny is extremely knowledgeable, Mike and Toby are top notch too, and Alison is always friendly and tries to help out and manage timetables and appointments. Danny gave us valuable advice and saved us from potential problems, which other companies giving us quotes in 2020, would have caused us. Honest, hardworking, going the extra mile (we needed an emergency installation after the old boiler failed 5 days after we have moved which was done on a Saturday morning), top in their trade.
I moved into my property (needing much renovating) 4 years ago and I was in instant need of a new boiler coming into winter. After a quick Google search i happened upon HEH, i was instantly impressed with how quickly Danny got round to talk me through options and provide a quote. A new Hi Flow combi boiler was quickly installed by an excellent team with all of the boiler, tank and associated pipe work removed. Since then HEH have provided servicing of the boiler and rerouting of gas pipework when required. all work done has been to an excellent standard. recently a major part of the project took place, moving the boiler from it a temporary position in the old kitchen to its permanent position in the new utility room. first the boiler was relocated, the pipework for the boiler could only be described as artwork. After I had the gas meter moved into the same room, Danny came round to quote me again, this time for redirecting the water main and adding an outside tap and limescale reducer. As always, HEH came through for me, understanding about project timescales they got to me quickly, the lads worked hard in bad conditions to get everything done. My overall experience of HEH has been great and i would fully recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service, from quotation to boiler and hot water tank installation. The guys who did the install were professional and worked their socks off to complete the job in less than a couple of days. Friendly and polite, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Clean and tidy too, making sure their work area was spotless after each day, and involved me when decisions were needed, ensuring they explained everything clearly. Initial quote was extremely detailed and they did exactly what they said they were going to do! The old boiler was removed from a tricky spot with no damage to the kitchen and new boiler installed in our airing cupboard. Brilliant work, would definitely recommend.

HEH Ltd have been exceptional from the outset. We had three companies quote for a new boiler for our home, each of which recommended something that wouldn't suit the size and type of house, nor our specific family needs. We knew what we wanted so we went onto the Worcester Bosch website for their accredited installers, again, and found HEH. Note: we had two other companies from the WB accredited installers list to quote too but they weren’t interested in providing the relevant heat only boiler, so do some research beforehand and know what you need before anyone gets there and tries to sway you from what is best for you as opposed to what’s best for them. My wife loved their well-mannered approach when answering the phone, so we asked them to do a survey and subsequent quotation. Danny came round to look over our broken boiler and existing system and we made him propose a system for our home and needs rather than tell him what we wanted, just to test if he/they were the same as the others we'd had in. His suggestions were bang on what we'd hope for, not offering the easy way out combi boiler but going straight to the Heat Only boiler, which is exactly what we needed and wanted. As for their installation and service, they were fantastic. The workmanship was of a high standard, they surpassed our expectations and worked super hard to ensure we had heat and hot water at the end of the first day, even though it meant him staying later to make it happen. I cannot recommend this company and their engineers more highly. In an age where sales and profit seem to come at the expense of providing a great service and supplying what the client needs, it's reassuring to know that there are still genuine businesses out there ready to offer what is right for the customer and not just what is more profitable for them. In the end, and because they were so honest, we decided to ask them to change our 35 year old cylinder, CH pump, controls and mechanical Y valve at the same time as the boiler too. A genuinely great company with some fantastic people at the helm and in the field. Thanks HEH, we cannot thank you enough!
