Description: Steve is incompetent. He will ask for you to pay upfront and incorrectly diagnose issues and so we have paid for his learning/mistakes. When boiler breaks down again (third time), he does not pick up and simply disappears. Do not use, cowboy outfit.
Steve did a great job fixing up my heating system. Great service and I really appreciate the fact he explained what the cause of the issue was and what the best solution to resolve the problem. Additionally, he arrived within 30 minutes from when I called to fix the issue. Will definitely recommend.
From start to finish I couldn't be more happy with the service, I was kept updated at every stage and was especially impressed with the speed my boiler has been installed.
