We would like to express our appreciation to Autoglass for the efficient arrangement and execution of the windscreen replacement completed today. The booking and rescheduling processes were handled with exceptional ease and courtesy. Furthermore, Keith and the team provided a detailed explanation of the work and demonstrated meticulous care throughout the process. We were particularly impressed by the speed and precision with which the A8 windscreen was replaced. I certainly hope such a situation does not arise again, but should it occur, I will know whom to contact.

Had a problem with entering the postcode. Satnav was not having it. Autoglass Harlow was not too difficult to find ..just off the A12. Windscreen was fitted quite quickly. Guys were really nice and helpful. Told me where to go for a coffee. Thanks.
Fast reliable service. They have a waiting area with tea and coffee. They also have some locations for a laptop and you can work from here while you wait. The team seemed very helpful, and the job took a couple of hrs.
Totally unacceptable. My mum went for a new windscreen replacement and they put a used windscreen on that was not in good condition and thought they'd get away with it. Not happy
Had a Windscreen Chip repaired and Sunroof replaced 5 weeks ago. Great, friendly staff, professional. However, cant say the same for the company. After denting and causing damage to the roof of my car (C-pillar), they accepted liability and assured it would be sorted within the week. 5 weeks and ongoing, still not rectified and I am having to chase every 2 days with no resolution. £3k worth of damage and still unresolved. If you decide to use them, if something goes wrong you are screwed. Use at your own risk.
Got my windscreen fixed, had to wait for a bit. Booked in for two but only received 1 fix. They sorted it out very quickly and fixed the other crake. Louise was very helpful.
