   Gasking are highly professional, knowledgeable and organised. Yet are most friendly and provide an efficient service. Te engineer arrived when he said he would, he saw to my boiler quickly, and without fuss. They are not expensive.

   Adam at Gasking responded rapidly to our old broken down boiler in a property we rent out. It was clear a new one was needed, but with tenants in place and weather cold this needed doing rapidly. He advised on the most suitable boiler and quoted a good price to source and install. The installation was done efficiently and neatly. He kept me updated even though I was away at the time and was very contactable and approachable. A great result was achieved with minimal disruption. It was all very professionally done and good value.

   Highly professional and trustworthy company. I asked for my boiler to be serviced and few weeks later when I noticed some strange noise coming from the boiler, Adam came to check it free of charge despite being more than 10weeks the boiler was serviced by them. Other companys will be charging to come out to have a look at the problem but Gasking Engineers came out and sorted the problem free of charge. I will highly recommend this company

   Excellent! The appointments are made easily and they are available usually a couple of days later, which I find quick in London. The person who came to inspect the boiler was nice and professional. Will definitely use their services again!

   I was very disappointed regarding everything surrounding the boiler service and the engineer that dealt with it. To my surprise I returned home to find the kitchen cupboard that sheltered the combi dismantled and left on the kitchen floor. Secondly some other displaced wood pieces had not been fixed back and lastly the combi boiler was not secured back properly with the screws as they were just left on the kitchen cupboard. This is totally unacceptable as I have not experienced this with previous engineers over the past years.

   I found Gas King via checkatrade and have been really happy with their service. I booked them to disconnect an oven (which I think is older than I am!) and install a new one we had. Gas King came over the next day and were very flexible with times. They were extremely efficient and helpful and very communicative - would highly recommend their services! Thank you guys very much!

   Edited: Time given between 8am and 5PM, called at 4:30 to be told engineer would be with me on the day, at 5PM nothing! I started to cook my dinner, at 5:44 pm a knock at the door and it was an engineer! No apology, waited all day, not even a time slot! Engineer left door open, wasn't very professional, kept dropping things, boiler was serviced in 20 minutes, felt like he just wanted to get home, no customer care, won't be using again. However the company owner called to sort this out and make things better, much appreciated even though I declined. Thank you, I hope you're new employee can learn from a review like this, customer care is the most important part of the job, we learn something new everyday!

   Boiler repair. very unprofessional Still not able to fix our boiler. Said parts not available for more than week. Explained the scenario that we did have hot water or heating now for 10 days and have a 89 year old father with us. They have closed the service during christmas holidays. After multiple phone calls they said parts would arrive on 29th but could not visit us till 30th december in spite explaining our current scenario. Then received a call on 30th to say that they will not come on 30th as well and np other date is given . They are closed again for new year celebration. Never seen such an unprofessional team
