   Boiler wasn’t working, thought we needed a new one but Brad was absolutely brilliant told us that he could fix it and so reasonable and not the price of a new boiler. It wasn’t an easy fix but he went the extra mile and can’t recommend Brad enough. Will definitely be using him again and would 100% recommend him.

   Best plumber we know! We needed Brad's services upon moving into our new house for the boiler to be serviced last year. His pricing was fair, he was clean and tidy when working and he was happy to answer any questions we had. He also worked in a tight space to do this service as I was working from home at a desk right next to him but this was no issue for Brad especially as he is so friendly! Before he left we asked him for his thoughts on installing a downstairs toilet in our cloakroom after other plumbers told us this couldn't be done without damage to the house. Since then he has now installed a Saniflo toilet for us downstairs with a hand basin. Again his pricing was fair, he is honest with what can/can't be done, he doesn't cut corners, he cleaned up after the work was done and he listened to what we wanted whilst working with us to create the finished product. The finished job is neat and tidy and exactly what we wanted and there was no damage to our house whatsoever. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad's services to anyone.

   I can highly recommend Brad. He was very professional, helpful and happy to explain what the problem was in non technical language and how much is going to cost to fix it. Once he came back with replacement part for my water heating system he got it fixed really fast. I will definitely use his service again when something breaks again or when I will want to replace my boiler which is currently quite old. Cheers Brad
