   This is a long-belated review - I've since moved away from the area but kept meaning to express how fantastic a job Mike and the team do here - For a few years and a couple different bikes I've used BBS, and he has always known much more about the bike than both myself and in many cases the manufactures. Thing about BBS is they understand these machines, and Mikes in-depth and practical knowledge and history with bikes and racing gives you all the confidence you need to know that when you ask for a service or a complicated fix; once they're on it your machines in good hands!! Thanks for all the hard work guys, if you weren't 4-hours away I'd still use you ;)

   Full Service, Valve clearance check on MV Agusta F4 2010. I found BBS on a google search, I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Mike. The Bike feels and rides like new, he literally went through a very comprehensive checklist, and replaced everything that was required, including a wheel bearing and fitted new tyres. His prices are very competitive, he could have replaced an expensive air filter, however, he stated that it was a cleanable version saving me £100. for me this shows integrity. I will be using BBS again for all my Bike needs.

   My bike was booked in for 4 weeks when I arrived he said he may not have time to finish working on the bike but he would have a look what the problem is and get back to me, I called at the end of the day and he hadn’t even touched my bike , I said why did you tell me to bring it in today then? And he said it’s not like I’m just changing a tyre. !!? this guy ain’t no mechanic clearly he just wants to change tyres . Waste of my time and no apology either . Avoid!

   Had an intermittent issue with my Ducati MTS 1200S DVT. Was hesitant to take it to a main dealer. As B.B.S. is local to me, I decided to give them a try for the first time. From the first phone call I knew I was in good hands, Mike and his Team not only resolved the issue, they identified a possible hazard with the side stand and resolved it. Taken if for a test ride today and its running like a dream with the original problem totally resolved. Will most definitely be using B.B.S. again. A+ for service, location, value of money and comunication

   Mike and team at BBS did a great job on my CBF1000 and took the time to really assess what is going on with the bike. They really know their stuff and it is clear the work they do is top rate. Riding the bike back home I can feel much better response and feel in the ride and overall the machine is in a better state. I highly recommend them!

   I came across Baxter Bike Services after crashing my beloved Fireblade. How I wish I had come across Mike and his services so much sooner. Friendly, (extremely) knowledgeable and fantastic level of service makes him stand out over other big dealer services I have used in the past. To sum it up in one sentence - Mike cares and looks after my bike like it's his own! 100% recommend :)
