I have used Chris (and lovely Clare) at least 3 times now and already know that I’ll be using them again later this year. He has repaired various leaks and installed and sourced taps. Chris is always polite, courteous, honest and very tidy. Prices are always extremely competitive. Wouldn’t use anyone else now.
I have just had a new bathroom installed which looks fantastic and totally transformed. Chris and Glenn did a great job – very friendly, professional and great workmanship throughout the week. Regular updated me on progress at lunchtime and the end of the day which was appreciated. Made a point of checking if I had any questions and we checked that everything was working. Highly recommend, Chris & Clare at GAFF plumbing are great professionals. I had multiple radiators installed, a boiler service & Nest thermostat installed. Workmanship was tidy and high quality. The service was always friendly and will definitely be a returning customer.
We first used Chris for a boiler service and HIVE install, fantastic professional friendly service. Then a month later we had a leaky toilet coming through our ceiling we got in contact and Chris returned to investigate and problem was identified and sorted within the hour. It is really really nice to have a honest friendly reputable business like this in your local area :) will be using again! Highly recommend.
Needed a replacement boiler. Chris came & looked at the scope of the work and gave us quotes on three options to choose from. Advised that some work we thought was need wasn't necessary, which saved us money. Boiler and system has been working like a dream, great job. Definitely call on Chris in the future when needed.
