DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. We paid him to fix our boiler and he’s been visiting our property for two days and struggled to fix it - on the third day, he’s now asked us to go somewhere else and abandoned the job. He works for a big company and will only come to see you after he’s completed his day job (was around 8pm). By that time, it’s late in the evening and he’s exhausted - he will rush to complete your job to go home and rest. Find a plumber who’s able to come visit you as part of their day job - not someone who will visit you when they finish work (like this guy). He says no fix, no fee?? He still charged us but fixed nothing. I’m having to go somewhere else now to fix.

I have worked with Alpay over the last year and he’s great. He installed a Viessman 111-w and made sure it was properly set up for OpenTherm with a Tado smart heating system, while making sure it works with our multi-zone underfloor heating (no one else I spoke to knew how to get this done right). Thanks, Alpay, really appreciate all the help getting things set up.

Al came and replaced a 17 year old, nightmare Potterton Powermax system boiler with a 'Rolls-Royce' Worcester-Bosch Combi. As he started, it became obvious that the flue route (the boiler is in the middle of the flat, not attached to an external wall) wasn't as straight forward as had first seemed, and to comply with modern safety regs, he'd need to cut out and install additional access hatches along the flue route. He was there to install a boiler, not to decorate, but he took care not to rip out chunks of wall and ceiling even if it would have made his life easier. That alone saved me hundreds of pounds in having to get builders in to re-build box sections, not to mention the added disruption to our lives, especially given the route is through my two year olds bedroom ceiling. Outside, where the new flue exited he needed to cement over the old opening. We have an unusual sandy coloured brick that would have looked awful patched with normal cement, so Al went out and bought special dye, to match the brickwork perfectly; you can't tell were the hole was! Al's particularly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in is work; I wouldn't hesitate in using him again.

Al was friendly and knowledgeable at first and installed the boiler of our choice at a fair price, not the cheapest. After installation, Al said he needed to come back and check on the filter a week later. When the week came up Al did not contact us so we gave him a call. Al said he would come tomorrow, but he did not turn up. I called him again then he said he will come tomorrow as he had an emergency. I took the day off the next day again and he did not turn up. When I called him, he said his daughter was at the hospital and then said he was supposed to come 2 weeks after to change the filter not one week. I said that is fine but explained that he is the one who told me it needed to be done. A week later when trying to arrange a day with him I noticed Al had blocked my number. This was very annoying and unprofessional as it made me feel like he didn't want to do any more work now he had his money. We were promised a 1 year free service and a year later my number was still blocked. I called him from a different phone and again Al agreed to come and service the boiler but did not attend. I have had to use another company. Sadly Al was friendly but I feel once he gets your money, he no longer wants to honour his promises. I do not recommend him as he is dishonest and childish. I did not want to leave a negative review but also do not want anyone else to be blocked when paying thousands for a service. I made sure I did not over ring or nag him. He avoided me even with plenty of space. I should have trusted the reviews. I do hope Al improves his customer service skills as his practical skills are quite good.

Great service and reasonable price. Had a new boiler fitted with them recently and they came quickly, worked efficiently and knew the boilers really well to share advice and make recommendations

Al has just fitted a new system Worcester Bosch boiler, increased our water tank size and fitted a smart thermometer. We had 3 quotes and Al was reasonable but more importantly the most knowledgeable and came up with suggestions the others didn't. He was easy to deal with, trustworthy and available for queries and questions. Recommended.

Efficient and reliable service: I needed my gas replaced and Al was able to come out the next day to replace it. He was friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job. A reasonable price as well.
