   Went to west a year ago, polite and friendly after an hour the air conditioning engineer said radiator not in top condition so refuse to regas or check, its nothing to do with the air con , just too busy .

   Staff was rude, had a terrible experience. I was forced to pay for a service not rendered. My car AC was not working, I expected them to firstly make a full check or diagnostic check to find out if it was the compressor or needs to regas. I feel scammed and they don't care how you feel.

   Called to get a quote to regas the aircon on my Mitsubishi Outlander, as it was blowing warm air. Very pleased that Wests were able to fit me in same day! Friendly professional service and all done in a little over an hour for a good price. Had a nice chat with the retired original owner while I waited and now my aircon is working like new! Really recommend this place.

   I called to find out about getting my car in to have the air con looked at. The lady who answered the phone was very abrupt and unhelpful. She couldn't wait to get me off the phone telling me I would have to wait at least 2 months to get into the workshop and just put the phone down on me.. She didn't even offer me a call back, the possibility of a cancellation or to book me in even if it would possibly be 2 months away! This is a great shame as the reviews for works completed were very good and this is what prompted me to call. I have since found another workshop who can do the work fo me, r albeit that I have to wait. My advice would be get your telephonist some customer service training as you have lost unnecessary business.

   Had my ford S-max's air conditioning refilled here, after the engine was rebuild. It took a while because the system was empty and has a large capacity (850gm if i remember correctly). Recommended as the job is done correctly.

   Great air con service, best price I found for an air con service. It does take around an hour which I was told before booking, but it is a service not a re-gas top up and that’s why it is just a few pounds more than a re-gas, but WOW it was well worth it as my air con does not smell anymore and works perfectly, ice cold. Thanks Wests for all your help. Great service.
