Turned up to their Grays site with a faulty roller door that wouldn't close and was out of line along with some other repairs. The engineer saw to the vehicle right away and repaired within the hour, putting it back to like new! Very happy and will continue to use Atlas! Thanks!
Got it done without being booked in just left them the van and done whenever they could. Not saying just turn up and they will sort you but they help me out big time
We moved over to Atlas from our previous supplier around 3 years ago. Since then the service has been A+ - from Kayla, Lisa and the team in the office to the guys on the road carrying out the works, nothings too much to ask! Would recommend, thanks guys!
I was recommended to Atlas repairs by another service provider i used to deal with. The initial call was handled very professionally and mobile mechanic carried out the work to very high standard. Then with another couple of issues with tail lift which needed workshop attention i met the guys at the workshop (Sam and Damo) and they were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable with what they do. While waiting for parts they have carried out temporary repair so the vehicle is not off road and always find solutions to keep the operation going. These people bent over backwards to provide the service I wanted at such short notice and I couldn't be more pleased, don't waste your time going elsewhere.
