    It wouldn’t let me put 0 so I had to be nice and put a 1 star! This place doesn’t deserve any stars or customers. How they are still in business is mind boggling! Took my car there yesterday for 2 part worn tyres for the front (simple enough) he was so busy looking around my car and at my back tyres so after 40mins we finally have 2 tyres on the front! After charging me over £100 I drove away… started driving down the A13 and my car starts shaking and doing all sorts all of the sudden and then unexpectedly the car loses control! Bear in mind I have a new born baby in my car aswel which they knew!! After the horrific and terrifying experience another tyre company helped me.. the reason my car lost control was not only did the person fitting the tyres NOT do the balancing on the tyres they left NO balancing on them!! And like that isn’t bad enough they also DID NOT tighten my wheels to my car! They put the bolts back in by hand and that was it they wasn’t tightened at all!! So If you value urs and your family’s life DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! They are dangerous and they don’t care. When I called them to tell them what had happened the person I spoke to had the cheek to become abusive to me and blaming me that they didn’t do the job right. Then and this was the best bit!! I can take my car back they take the wheels off and leave me no front wheels and give me the cash back…. Not sure how they expect to move the car with no wheels! So instead of doing there job right they are quick to blame the customer it’s all our fault they messed it up!!

    Paid £170 for part worn tyres,drive 10 min they were flat and told by other tyre garage tyre was damaged!! Total RIP OFF, buy new budget tyres instead,stay away from here,worst experience I've had ever,told was good tyres pressure tested etc all load of rubbish,stay away you been warned!!!

    Not a bad place to use at a push, but part worn tyres where the dearest I've ever had, £50 each! Need to get rid of the guy thats in the fitting bay the one thats smoking all the time. extremely rude, Today i asked for a part worn which all i asked for was a good branded one as a budget new is £10 More than the price he quoted so i said if its budget im better off getting a new one. He got verbal and offended. And said go get the budget fitted. Made it so awkard, i wont be using this tyre place anymore as clearly the fitter doesnt want to take business on. Its a shame because the owner is a genuinely nice person (who i asked for when i turned up but was told hes not there)

    Disgusting got 3 tyres from these people a year ago as I kept getting punctures, but this week i had a problem, took them to someone else, and found out all 3 tyres were dangerous, and out of date as wel l,if i had been stopped by the police, i would have been nicked, please avoid these con artists

    Visited these was goin past a lot deciding to or not….wish I didt.I visited for a Tyre so it was all good they changed it but at the end they were rude….and wen I got home my whole Rim was all scratched all round where they used the machine and it was a great big circle and didt notice till got home as when they were finished putting new tyre on it was dirty from the gloves etc as u do wen visiting these places but washed it off and noticed it so don’t go there…go to Jays tyres instead!!!

    The young man working was exceptionally helpful during the flat tyre process. I had extreme difficulty logging onto my banking app to transfer money and he even suggested I could drive off to a cash point. Excellent customer service and without doubt be using him in the future
