   The best,I have used them a couple of times over the years always pleased with their work,but this time it was something else, my gearbox was not always changing up into higher gears,I was told by garages and Range Rover forums, it would be a new gearbox. but I called JT and spoke to a young Lady (As lovely as she sounded) she said bring it up and they would look at it for me,When I arrived I waited about 10 mins and a gentleman came out and did a diagnostic test and asked me to describe the problem,he then took my car for a test drive,there were no faults on the computer he asked if all my tyres were the same size I said yes of course what's that got to do with anything, he explained the reason he asked I said I have got a front tyre a bit worn on the outer edge he said that could be the problem. The next day I had the tyre changed gearbox working fine I was charged £40 for a full printout and a 30 min test drive I was expecting the worst but his knowledge and expertise saved me a fortune, that's what you call knowing your stuff, you wouldn't find that in a workshop manual.    I would just like to say a massive thank you to the guys and girls at JT Automatics. I dropped my Audi A3 to them on the back of a truck due to complete gearbox failure. I believed the problem could be the dreaded mechatronic problem, however before JT started ripping the car apart they checked everything to make sure this was definitely at fault. I got a call from the girls confirming that the mechatronic has definitely given up the ghost, however it also took the duel mass with it. JT were very helpful advising me what the best route to take was, enough to fill me with every bit of confidence to let them carry on and complete the work. I knew they were super busy and it could take some time to complete, plus 3 bank holidays in the way. All in all, it only took them 3 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the service and how different the car drives. Thank you all again, and for everyone that reads this I would 100% recommend JT Automatics.

   JT Automatics have been really a timely help in times of difficulty. The process was seamless and as soon as explained over emails the team, Saffron were able to help book in and get the whole thing diagnosed, report filed in with insurance and get the car back on the road. It's no easy feat but they did explain on the issues, delays due to load of backlog and sorted it out with 500 Kms check, 24000 warranty on the work carried out. They sure are experts and quite happy with the overall experience, politeness and the professionalism.

   Had my a5 s-tronic gearbox repaired by these guys and they made it an absolute pleasure, mechatronics unit repaired, new clutch pack and gear linkage loom replaced. Dropped it off on Wednesday had a phone call to pick it up 10am Monday morning and they came in 1k-1.5k cheaper than the other quotes I dad received. The office staff are very polite and a pleasure to deal with and the workshop guys where very knowledgeable when it came to explaining exactly what needed doing with my specific gearbox. Would 100% recommend using these guys!

   These guys were fab! Having visited other garages with my Alfa Romeo each told me something different was wrong & would cost up to £3k to fix. However the man at JT Autos told me honestly he couldn't find anything mechanically wrong, thus didn't charge me for the thorough investigation or diagnostics but instead advised me to take it to the main dealer for a system update. I did & it was a simple as that! Thank you JT Automatics Ltd. Very much appreciated

   Rebuilt my automatic gearbox and torque converter at price quoted. Found faults on the engine management unit. Knock sensors needed replacing as well as the ICU. Ordered and fitted parts . They went well beyond what I expected. My Alphard is a Japanese import, so parts are a bit harder to come by. Sourced my ICU from China. Cost of fitting was more than reasonable. Cars running beautifully.

   The service we received from JT Automatics was absolutely outstanding. We had an issue with our transmission and called around, JT Automatics were the only mechanic that were helpful. They re-assured us and also dealt with our warranty company directly. The communication throughout the process was great and our car was fixed quickly.
