LS Plumbing replaced my old back boiler with a new combi boiler. Also, as part of the job they installed a nest thermostat and a new mixer shower. Lee, James and Matt were punctual, friendly and very tidy. I’m very happy with the job and I would highly recommend LS Plumbing.
Lee came to fit a new Vaillant combi boiler as my old one was beyond economic repair with the help of Matt. He arrived on time when he said he would after keeping me informed all the way along as he’d had trouble sourcing the boiler. All work was carried out in a professional and efficient manner, tidying up as the job progressed. The price was as quoted in the beginning,all in all very pleased with the result. Yes, I would thoroughly recommend Lee.
After reading response from Lee- this is definitely right company’s listing as THEY were the company stated on our bank invoice to whom payment went to. Similar experience as a last review. Unfortunately saw it too late. Guy showed up with 3hours delay. Attitude was incredibly unprofessional. Gave as one quote over the phone and charged 4 times the price in person. Then was refusing to leave unless we pay him at 9pm! We wanted to speak with his boss/management but they were not answering the phone. Later on he told us that he is a senior management person. Overall definitely not recommending them. Not honest and ticking all the boxes of being unprofessional. Not to mention that they expected to be paid in cash, although they never mentioned that part! Please go and use different plumbers!
I could not recommend Liam enough. He was professional, punctual and good value for money. He was also very thoughtful as he made us a priority when our boiler could not be fixed ( extremely old boiler) and needed a new one. This was very important as we have a toddler and young baby. I would highly recommend him and he is a genuinely nice guy.
