   We had an issue when we lost water supply within the house. It turned out to be an issue with a pump within our setup. Great customer service mindset from Steve following a small issue with the replacement. He went the extra mile. More than happy to recommend this company as a result. EDIT. A year down the line, had the problem with the part installed, I called them. Got the feeling they could not get me off the phone quick enough. Unfortunately this was the same Steve as above. 5* down to 1*

   This company replaced my boiler for a new up to date eco boiler, also put on thermostatic rad valves to conform with the gas safe regulations, new flue as ours was in the wrong place. We didn’t have a room thermostat, we now have a Bluetooth one to put where we want to. I was called the night before to confirm they would be here at 7.30. Very prompt outside my house at 7.30. No mess really, just had to wash my kitchen floor. Carpets and stairs covered, everything from start to finish was very smooth. Started at 7.30 finished and gone by 3.40. Work done by Nathan and Steve, thank you so much. Would definitely recommend you
