   I had an amazing experience at this store. I’ve always wanted a sapphire ring with diamonds, and I finally found one that fits both my taste and my budget. The ring is beautiful and very affordable. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating from start to finish. I’ll definitely come back again. Higly recommended!

   Another lovely ring from Grants after my wedding ring! Affordable price and very helpful and lovely staff. They patiently helped me and my friend get rings we wanted despite of trying a lot of the designs. Had to resize and it was done in a day! Very much recommended!

   I've been using Grants for many years for repairs, alterations and purchases. After going back and forth for the last two months( on his advice as the lazer technician was on holiday)regarding getting my ring resized I went back today only to be told to come back in another two weeks. I was quite surprised by his response when I explained that it was difficult for me to keep coming back on his advice only to be told to not bother coming back. What a miserable man. Maybe he should consider retirement.

   If I could give this a zero I would. Only popped in to ask a question and I don’t think I’ve ever met such a rude man. Basically said I know better than you and you’re not worth my time. He left and walked into the back room before we even had a chance to say anything. I must say the jewellery in this shop is gorgeous but I wouldn’t spend a penny on it after being treated like that.

   Went there before Christmas to see about getting a a ring altered the man behind the counter wasn’t even interested to look at it told me to come back after Christmas, went in today 30th December and was told come back in January, after traveling 1 1/2 hours you can bet I wasn’t happy and won’t be going back, only got one star because it won’t let me post otherwise
