Avoid Avoid Avoid , i need to talk to the owner about why your collegues charges extra making charges 25% without explaining anything. Explain about the product, all other extra charges description is the duty of CSR but they did not explain anything. I think thats why they charge more and keep rest in their pocket instead of keeping the money aside of company or what..? I hope owner need to concerntrate on their shop and one day no single customer will interested to go in shop. Also, we need to let know about company to gov why all these things happening and why they charge so much extra which is not the law.
Dishonest and rip off jewellers. Avoid at all costs. Sold a faulty necklace which they refused to refund me for. Be aware of your consumer rights because they refused a refund or exchange despite selling me a faulty item. Dishonest people without principles. Beware ! I will be reporting them to the ombudsmen. Having read the other reviews I’m not the only one who has experienced this. They should not be allowed to operate their own policies which clearly break uk consumer laws
