   My sister in law to be, initially came across a ring that she absolutely fell in love with, but I couldn’t find anywhere in England that could make it. Coincidentally, she had also chosen a ring design that could only be made in Canada. After extensive research and enquiring with many different diamond jewellers, I came across Taj Jewels, and from that moment on, the experience was exceptional. We communicated mainly via Instagram and WhatsApp, and the level of communication from the very beginning was outstanding. Although we faced a few issues with the payment process, Taj Jewels handled everything efficiently and professionally, ensuring that our dream of owning this bespoke, customised ring became a reality. We travelled from Birmingham, which was over 2½ hours away, and Taj Jewels made the entire journey incredibly convenient. They sent us links with maps, parking details, and all the relevant information needed for someone travelling from far away, which was extremely helpful and reassuring. Throughout the process, they kept us well informed and regular updates once the piece was completed. They were always patient and understanding, never making us feel rushed or uncomfortable when we asked questions, whether during the design stage or once the ring was ready. Every question we had was answered clearly and thoughtfully, which gave us complete confidence throughout the process. When the ring was finally completed, we were absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the way the ring sparkles and catches the light is truly breathtaking. Every angle reflects beautifully, and the way it glistens and “blinks” in different lighting is absolutely mesmerising. You can clearly see the level of skill, precision, and care that has gone into creating such a stunning piece. It is elegant, timeless, and finished to the highest standard, far exceeding our expectations. Considering it was the Christmas period, we were amazed that the ring was completed within such a short timeframe, which we are incredibly grateful for. Taj Jewels truly went above and beyond to push this through for us. When we arrived at the store, it was very easy to find, and the staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. We were shown the ring, completed the payment quickly, efficiently, and with ease, and were able to leave feeling completely satisfied and confident with our purchase. I cannot thank the entire team enough, especially Enrique, who I was in constant communication with via WhatsApp. Every single member of staff was exceptional, professional, and genuinely helpful. I will most definitely be returning to purchase my own wedding band from them. I highly recommend Taj Jewels to anyone looking for high-quality diamond jewellery, whether it’s a ring, necklace, or any other piece. The response we received from the community regarding this ring has been overwhelming, and I have no doubt Taj Jewels will receive many enquiries as a result. From the minute I arrived to the minute I collected the ring I felt safe and secure that I was going to be getting the perfect ring. I knew that there would be no better present to get my wife for our 10 year anniversary than a ring from Taj Jewels. Dipak, one of the diamond experts, was amazing and helped us pick the perfect ring! We had picked the ring design after trying countless rings in various designs before we picked THE one- the whole team were very patient and helped answer each and every one of our questions. Once the ring was picked, it was quickly re-sized and was ready to pick up in only 5 days Great range of designs on all bespoke pieces of jewellery on offer!

   Where to begin, Taj Jewels truly is the best no doubt about it. I booked an appointment and visited the store I was looking for an engagement ring and wedding band but that was about all I knew the entire staff were great they gave me some excellent suggestions and their knowledge was second to none. After a lot of exploration on styles, materials and diamonds I found what I thought to be the perfect ring for my fiancée, I was able to pick the design and more importantly the main diamond, I was informed that the ring would take between 4-6 weeks to be completed and ready for collection, it was ready in 4 weeks which was extremely appreciated as I did purchase during the pandemic and turn around time was fast! I was kept up-to-date along the process and it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Taj Jewels to anyone and have done! Thanks again and I look forward to coming in again to purchase some more items!

When collecting the ring, the service was outstanding and they made sure that I felt comfortable with everything before I made the decision to purchase the right ring for my partner.
