The staff member who assisted me (I wish I had caught her name, she wore a headscarf and glasses) deserves immense praise.    I am very disappointed with the customer service from the Filipina looking lady. I was in that branch to buy an engagement ring. Unfortunately it wasn't in size. The lady who served that time, was very nice. She said to order it online. We checked the size, then I ordered. Unfortunately I got the wrong item. The customer service called me back, and they sent the right one after. I said to them I live close to one of their store so I might return the wrong one there. I went there the next day, unfortunately there was a different person. An Asian lady. As I had an accident a few days before I was walking with crutches. She didn't accept the ring without the invoice... I said then I will do it another time. Then she said don't run... I would understand that if we are friends... I went back yesterday with the ring and the invoice. Unfortunately she was the one again. She said, AHH I was waiting for you for the next day not a month later... First of all I made an effort to go there and bring it. I didn't have to. It was the company's fault to send the wrong item the first time. She definitely should get proper training. I wouldn't go there again as long as she works there

   Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Saw online that the store closes at 6pm. Needed to get a last minute gift, so rushed over to grab something, arriving at 17.45. The shutter to the till area was closed but the staff were still there chatting. I asked politely "are you closed?" to which the female member of staff (presumably the manager) replied "the shutter is down so what do you think?". It's one thing for a shop to not be consistent with its advertised hours, but to then talk to a prospective customer as if they are stupid... I strongly suggest you save yourself the indignity of dealing with this shop.

   I like this place. Nice clean and the staff is quite helpful. Do check online or even at store. You give them your budget and however small it is, they do have something for you. I have given so many people present from here as the packaging is authentic although you have to pay £3.50 for it but it is worth it as that makes the recipient trust the quality. Do pop in when you are in Harrow Shopping Centre.That is easy commute for us
