   I called Lee this morning about an issue with my breaker. He asked me to come down in an hour, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, he took a look straight away and got it fixed on the spot. He was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and genuinely nice to deal with. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. I left feeling confident the job was done properly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing tool repairs!

   I have great pleasure in recommending Moore Tool Repairs. Unfortunately my combination drill failed on me, I contacted MTR and explained the problem and after them costing the repairs for a replacement part, and a full frank and honest discussion I was advised that buying a new drill was the most cost effective option. I’m sure there are other places that would have charged me for an inspection to come to the same conclusion, or indeed advised on a repair. It’s clear to me that MTR care about their business, customers and reputation. Moore Tool Repairs will forever be my first phone call whenever I need a rapair service in future.

   I absolutely reccomend Moore Tool Repairs. I called in to ask advice on my plunge router which suddenly stopped working. Lee guided me through some inspections and he realised that one of the component was faulty and it could be easily replaced without sending the tool over to him. He then send me a link of the replacement so that I could order it and replace it myself. Another company would have asked me to send the tool over and charged me full price for a small repair I could have done myself.

   It`s not very often I write reviews but in this case I feel compelled to make an exception. It is a rare find these days to find someone who is so professional and who provides such good customer service, at a more than reasonable price. I cannot thank Lee enough, he came and collected my Jigsaw, stripped it and diagnosed the problem but was unfortunately unable to repair it as the part was no longer made or readily available. Before wrighting it off completely I spent some time trawling the internet and found a company in Ramsgate, Kent who had the last remaining one of the parts required. This was sent to me via post, Lee then came and met me at a garage where I was having some work done to my motorcycle, collected the part, repaired the tool and then delivered it back to me. I was even more amazed at the price he charged for all of this....... I would have given him the same amount just for his time and effort even if he had not been able to repair the tool !!! I highly recommend Lee`s services and would not hesitate to do business with him again. As previously stated.........`A rare find these days`
