    I had an excellent experience doing business with David. An expert in his field; exceptionally professional and a proper gentleman, he is. Super punctualilty with no unnecessary chatter was a big +. Not only was he able to figure out the tricky fault on my dishwasher under minutes; he also ran me through the costs involved and placed an online order for the replacement part there and then. David returned promptly on the committed date and time to replace the faulty component and got the dishwasher back in business. By far one of the best customer service experience for me. Strongly recommended!
