Thank you so much. I was unlucky enough to get a big nail in one of my tyres on Xmas day 2025, I really appreciate your employee who had decided to come in for the morning and waited for me even though when I called at 11.49 he was just packing up to go. Wishing you guys a merry Xmas and a prosperous 2026

JANE DAY ★★★★★
Last week I broke down late one evening with tyre blow out on A12. J & J Tyres, Brandon, stopped to see if he could help in any way.. He was extremely helpful, changed my tyre for the spare at the side of the A12, then took my tyre away and replaced with new one later in the evening at my home. The service was first class and cannot thank him enough, so helpful and polite. Thank you so much, would highly recommend to anyone. JANE

I tried this garage last week. But unfortunately it my first and last experience. Used them to check local service quality. In case, I own car garage as well. I bought second hand tyres on ebay. Then i come to J&J for fitting. They fitted 2 front tyres i paid £30 for each tyre fitting. (That's much higher like normally tyre garages charge. Normal price for 20" is £20 each. Even Kwik fit not charge more.) But ok,if high quality service. But it not. They did check tyres on air leak. Next day morning i find that one tyre are flat. I go back to J&J,after air leak test find that tyre have small side puncture. That's ebay seller sold me. But J&J not test when fitted. I ask fit my old tyres back. They done and again charge my £30 for each tyre. Because i have low profile tyres, it's difficult to get off and on rims not to damage rims. Professionals use special rim protectors to not damage rims. Personally i use it as well. But J&J done fitting without any rim protectors and get damaged one of my rim. Picture added. Of course my rims not new. But exactly this damage comes from J&J. Well done guys, nothing personal, just my experience. I know how garages make a business, but can on my opinion can do a bit better. Probably for standard customer it normal, but not for me who's own garage. And,yes,i not blame you, I just share my experience. It's not about money, it's about work quality. I know that kwik fit not do customer tyres, but even small tyre fitters charge £20 for 20". But it's your business. Many customers don't know prices and happy to pay. I know each scratch,on my car. I have rebuild it from 0. If i said that this damage come after you, then is it. You text that you using rim protectors, but i been twice at your garage and not on my or other customer rims, protectors not used. Of course on 50-60 mm tyres it not needed. But low tyres, always. And air leak always need to check, new tyre or second hand.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Brandon showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. The whole job was done quickly and to a high standard. I’ll definitely be using him again.

Not entirely sure why or what benefit it would be to give a fake profile and the better approach would be to ask questions before throwing inflammatory responses. I paid £135 for a single nearside tyre on a Sunday morning at your location (can post bank statement, if really required). I went to my local to replace the driver side expecting the same or very similar price. I subsequently found out the tyre you supplied was the wrong size and overpriced. A 205/55R16 as per the picture. Not fully sure how to respond without having to do just a continuation of the previous post. Please see attached screenshot. My mistake as was not £135, was £115.

Limped into here in my X5 with a puncture on 27/12/22 just after Christmas - really helpful guys who had me fixed up in no time. Most places wont repair run flats as its a hard job and they shy away from it but these guys took it all in their stride! I would highly recommend these chaps!

I went there for a puncture repair and was quoted £30 which seemed way too much, so I left and went somewhere else where they charged me £15. I know everything is going up but this was ridiculous £30 for a puncture repair when a 2nd tyre is around £35.

Due to hitting a pot hole and having to be rescued by the aa on Saturday night on my way to Romford due to my tyre being flat, I came here Sunday morning and a new tyre was fitted in no time, I also enquired about one of my other tyres that kept losing pressure which was due to a nail being stuck inside it, this was rectified straight away and another new tyre fitted in no time. Reasonably priced, friendly service and would highly recommend.
