   My car was damaged externally after a little accident and insurance sent us to FMG. We had a great experience. Staff that collected and brought back the car were very friendly giving us a basic but fine courtesy car. Car was fixed in a timely manner and done by the date they said it would be and the work was done perfectly. I was also informed every step of the way. Don't know how they did it but there is absolutely no trace of the damage. Can't fault them at all!

   I have been going back and forward since July 2022. Must have been more than 50 times now, I have lost count. The engineer Charlie has left the company after he couldn't fix all the electric problems. New guy Dan took over sometime in 2023 since then he has been unable to fix the issue with his technical in house Mercedes engineer. Scott the Manager of the Lakeside garage not sure what his role is, in two years I have never heard from him even when I wrote emails to him. So far the company has earned around £22, 000 from my insurance claim in the last two years. My car insurance premium has doubled. Now Dan the lead engineer stopped replying to my emails since 19 April 2024. I have sent three emails in the past 5 weeks and left a message with the reception on Friday 24 April 2024. She said she will get another engineer to call me back after the bank holiday. This is just a short version of the experience. Which I am now looking into legal proceeding with their head office to see if they would be any help at all (Most unlikely they won't I am sure of it). My car value has dropped to around £13k since the car was worth £20k when it was first stolen back in June 2022 and the Never ending story continues.....

   Whenever you want to use this service just think twice . My car has been in this garage more then 11 months , poor service . Doggy garage . Paint smothered around the bumper . Key dropped in the letter box without checking the car . Pictures as evidence. Legal action will be taken against the garage and insurance

   FMG repaired my car through my insurance after someone crashed into it. The passenger side door no longer opened due to the damage and FMG came and collected my car and repaired it. I was updated on its progress via texts and then they delivered the car back to me. They did a fabulous job, but the best part was everyone was so friendly! Each person was a joy to speak to! The customer service is 5 stars and i highly recommend them. I will definitely use again

   This repair service FMG repairs did a great! Job on my car from bodywork paint and bumper repairs Excellent standard I was very impressed.
