Great customer service havnt yet picked up my saw that I dropped in but they have been really helpful so far would defo recommend fingers crossed the advise ive been given will get my saw back up and running
They would have had the part I needed in a couple of days if I had the time to wait. However they did recommend a place not far away. I give them 7 or even 8 out of ten for their suggestion.
I bought a chainsaw his knowledge and advice was invaluable. Very helpful. We also bought some water softener salt great price.
Highly unimpressed with regard to the service of my Petrol Strimmer. Required to leave a £70 non-refunadable deposit, a 4-week lead time for a quote and eventually a total bill of over £200 for its Service. Having made a 25-minute journey to collect it, I arrived to find that it had just closed for an hour for lunch, despite the website saying that it was open. This may all be fine for business accounts, but not for us "domestic" customers. As an update to this review, I have to say that the customer follow-up was very good. An apology, my item delivered to me, appears to have been very well serviced and adjustment to the bill. Appears to have been a good, if initially pricey, service.
Great place to buy all sorts of equipment. The team look after you and have experience in using what they sell so it is genuinely helpful and honest guidance. That's made clear when they steer you towards a less expensive option if it suits your requirements better. I've dealt with Andy and he is top class!
Helen who works here went above and beyond for me. I was trying to get some calor gas which seems to be in shortage. She kept me updated with phone calls. Amazing customer service. Thanks Helen
Handy if you need ARBORIST spares but they are not the cheapest ... cheaper at FR Jones in swanley
The staff on the counter aren't how they use to be. They are rude and if you arrive in a work van they can't be bothered with you.
Helpful staff and good range of equipment. Always happy to order in a part if they don't have it in stock.
Sales is great but service is a rip off. Bought hedgecutter that kept cutting out. They carried out work without my consent and charged. When i complained, they reduced cost but hedgecutter still cut out. So parts they replaced that was charged to me had nothing to do with the initial problem and refused to refund me.
