Absolutely first class service from start to finish. I contacted Saffron when my old boiler developed a fault and another engineer who had been assigned by my insurance plan company visited and advised that it was leaking carbon monoxide and would need to be condemned and replaced as it was BER. I went through 4 companies including other local ones for quotes and surveys before I found Saffron. Roman came straight out and provided advice and reassurance without being pushy but listened to my ideas and offered helpful suggestions and guided me through what I should think of and what products to consider. I settled on a Baxi and Roman adviced that the 400 2.1 model was very good, was cheaper than some of the other models as it didn’t have some of the flash features but was a solid boiler, very reliable, easy access to parts if it ever did go wrong as it’s manufactured here in the UK, and had a stainless steel heat exchanger which was important as we live in a hard water area and was popular by both installers and customers. He quoted me a fair price and confirmed exactly what they would do and what they would need. I phoned Roman 2 days later to confirm and within a week both he and Vlad started. I was very grateful they squeezed me in so quickly as we have a 1 year old and had been without central heating for nearly 2 weeks. There was extensive work as we were converting from a conventional system to a combi and also required the gas piping to be upgraded. This included removing old tanks, extra pipe work, sealing and then drilling a new flue vent, removing hot water cylinders and quite a bit of work under the floor to reroute pipes. The guys worked solid for 3 days to get the system in and working correctly, fixing odd issues they found in their way which I was immensely grateful for. At the end of each day they tidied up extremely diligently. The new boiler is working perfectly and all the new pipe work and cabling is really neat and clean. Before the guys left Roman set up my warranty, did the gas certificate and then spent time making sure that I knew exactly how the boiler operated, how the temperature controls worked, where the isolation valves were, how to re pressurise the central heating if required and how the wireless thermostat worked. In future I won’t bother looking anywhere else. Thank you chaps for all your hard work.
Roman and his team did an excellent job. We needed a new boiler installed. It required some structural work to the house to make the flue compliant to current regulations. Roman organised everything we needed, was quick, efficient and very professional. He also serviced all our radiators. The house has never been warmer in more than a decade of living here.

Our boiler required replacement over the festive period. Roman came to have a look within hours of asking on Thursday (29th), clearly advised on what needed to be done and quoted a fair price, which included additional works such as adding a filter and installing a better thermostat system. He also sourced our chosen boiler and all other parts on the same day. Vlad and Roman then worked from morning to late evening on bank holiday Monday to ensure we had hot water and heating by the end of the day. Very polite, tidy and most importantly, very high quality work. Would definitely recommend Saffron Heating and I will be using them for future works.
3 port valve issues stopped my heating from working. Roman attended and cleaned the area that was jammed and got this working again however the part was old and this then broke thereafter, we called and Roman came back with the replacement part and fixed this for us without any issues, I am extremely happy with Roman and the work completed. Roman also entered the house with shoe protect covers on as well to ensure no dirt was taken throughout the house. Very lovely gent

Five star service from start to finish. I sent email to Saffron Heating and aksed for quote, Roman responded very quickly. The same evening he came and checked the old boiler, type of job required. He answered all of the questions and found perfect solution to my outside flue extension. He also gave me a lot of information regarding available boilers - budget options, mid - range and top. He managed to get me boiler from local plumbing store much cheaper than any online place. Roman and Vladimir were absolutely brilliant - came on time, removed old boiler quickly. Team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful- they sort out all my needs brilliantly. My installation required bespoke flue extension outside. Roman took care of that with no issues, he also called manufacturer to make sure that this will not affect my 10 years warranty on the boiler. At the end of the day guys checked all radiators multiple times, bleed them to make sure that there is no airlock. They also cleaned the palce very well, took old bolier, parts with them. Roman explained the settings of the new boiler, he also took care of registration so before he left I alredy had 10 years warranty certificate with me. I will recommend Saffron Heating to all of my friends and family. This kind of company and engineers are very rare to find. Great team, worked flat-out all day to complete the whole job. Very impressed with their knowledge and customer interaction. Very fair price charged and an excellent result. If you want quality, expertise, hard working, honest team then Saffron Heating is for you. Thank you very much for installing my boiler, I will for sure contact you in the future for annual service and any other jobs/projects.
Roman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He fitted a really good boiler at a good price and it has been very reliable since he fitted it. Can't recommend him and Saffron heating highly enough!!
