   I had a wonderful experience. Firstly, there is a huge variety of options particularly for bridal wear. This is some of the best and most real looking artificial jewellery in the U.K. (even though many of the gemstones are natural stones too). The gold plating is done amazingly and the standard of the jewellery is very high. The team give you attention and can custom order to your desired colour and style. I highly reccomend.

   I purchased a bridal jewellery set from Goenka Jewels in 2019, spending £1,200 on a necklace, tikka, earrings and anklets for my wedding. I wore the set only once and then stored it carefully in the original box and tissue paper it came in. Recently, I took out the necklace and was shocked to find the back completely discoloured, leaving black residue on my fingers. Despite contacting the brand and sharing photos of the damage, I received a dismissive explanation blaming "oxidation" — even though no care or cleaning instructions were ever provided at the time of purchase. What’s more disappointing is that I own other artificial jewellery purchased around the same time from other retailers, stored in the same way, and they remain in perfect condition. For such an expensive and sentimental purchase, I expected much better quality and post-sale support. Sadly, no solution, repair, or compensation was offered — and the brand has since stopped responding altogether. I chased them many times over email and text in hope that we would come to some sort resolution. I’m sharing this so future customers are aware: what looks beautiful at first may not last — and if something goes wrong, don’t expect support. I've attached photos showing the condition of the necklace to support my experience.

They’re able to custom design everything so you can really tailor your pieces until you are 100% content which is great. Highly recommend Goenka Jewels :)

Up until then, I couldn't find anything that I loved and kept seeing the same sort of thing in other shops. Smita had great expertise and was able to quickly suggest something based on my outfit that was completely different. She was able to work with me even though I had very little time left.
