Absolute 10/10 service, I couldn’t fault the lovely staff/owners of the shop. I didn’t get their names, but they were so helpful, attentive, friendly and incredibly efficient. My engagement ring was resized in under an hour and it’s absolutely perfect - and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. And for those looking for engagement rings… go and pay the shop a visit, the selection is gorgeous and they have a mixture of vintage/antique as well as brand new. Thank you so much!

What a pleasure to find such an impressive, professional and yet totally friendly jewellery business on our high street! Taylor and Mason's genuine, honest, sympathetic and really helpful, patient advice on re-sizing my wedding, eternity and engagement rings was invaluable. Absolutely no pressure was applied - they simply wanted to make me happy and comfortable. The ease of communicating with them via WhatsApp and email was an added bonus. Their demonstrable trustworthiness means they are top of my list for any future jewellery needs.
I took my rings to a high street jeweller to see if they could be made bigger and was really upset when they told me there was nothing they could do with them. I decided to try a smaller jeweller as I thought they may be more specialised. I cannot explain how happy I am that I discovered Crafted Jewellery! I had an appointment with Mason, which was so easy to book on the website, and he said he would happily make them larger for me. I picked my rings up at the weekend and cannot believe the amazing job he has done! My three rings look better than new and you would never be able to tell that they have been adjusted. I am so happy with the service, Mason was so lovely and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Crafted Jewellery to any one!!!
I purchased a bracelet for my boyfriends birthday with my little to no knowledge about jewellery Mason made the whole experience as amazing as I could have asked for it to be. He sat with me and answered all my questions and really took his time to explain things to me. The whole team here are so lovely and all make the experience amazing. Mason guided me through the process of picking/creating an engagement ring and it was amazing. I cannot be more impressed and happier with Crafted and specifically Mason at the Kings Langley branch. I came by initially needing 3 rings brought back to life and coated again as well as being engraved, even though one ring was a tricky one, they made it all a breeze and the rings look amazing now. We even worked together to create a new ring for my wife, Mason helped me with ideas and suggestions to help bring my own ideas to life and together he helped me create a bespoke and original one of a kind ring for my wife which she is absolutely in love with. I’ll never go anywhere else for my jewellery needs now, 10/10, I would recommend anyone needed something repaired, looked after or just after new jewellery or something original and hand made… don’t go elsewhere, you’ll be very impressed with what they’re building here!
Having lost a diamond from my engagement ring we were recommended Crafted Jewellery.The whole experience from the first visit where we met Mason & chose the replacement diamond to picking up my fabulous now complete ring was fantastic!
