So delighted with my beautiful custom piece. I’d been looking for a hammered gold band for ages and the Baker’s team made it happen. They helped me choose a pre-owned gold band which was taken to the workshop to add the hammered effect. It turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Completely reasonable price too (under £200 for the project) and great communication throughout. Thanks so much to the Baker’s team.
I always come to Baker's to fix broken jewellery, and they are always so kind and fix my items within days, sometimes even hours! Even when some items have been difficult to fix, they've always found a way to repair it, giving it back in pristine condition, at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend their services to everyone, extremely trustful and reliable!

Just had a wonderful experience with Bakers. The staff are so friendly, they simply have excellent customer service skills. I dropped some rings in for a quote as they had loose stones to be fixed, but I also had a little bracket which had come loose from a chain. They fixed my bracket within half an hour and did not even charge me! Just so kind!
I recently got my watches done at this jewellers, I tried getting it done at Timpsons in Sainsbury's while I was doing my shopping, they were going to charge me £49 for one and £25 for the other. At bakers they only charged me £15 each. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a long time customer of theirs when it was De Marsac and there prices were very reasonable and have not changed much all these years later.
I went into this jewellers a couple of weeks ago to ask about putting a battery in my chopard watch and was quoted £20 when I returned today with the watch they said it would now cost me £35. I said give me the watch back and I will get it done elsewhere. I did get it done in another jewellers in Beaconsfield and was only charged £10, it didn’t matter that it was a chopard watch I was paying for a battery. Please be warned

Joanne was tremendously helpful and took time and interest re-sizing two rings for us. She shared her knowledge and was patient assisting us. I'd certainly return to this shop to make a purchase because they shop was well stocked with quality jewellery.
