Absolutely disgusting and defensive service from one of the staff members. Please learn how to be decent before you’re in customer service - he seems a bit sexist to me
Long and unreliable turnover time for repairs. Rude, defensive staff when something goes wrong or you ask for an update. If you want to be ignored as an human and walked away from mid-sentence, this is the place. My mum called for an update on a clock that was supposed to be fixed two weeks ago, and one of the staff members blamed the tube strikes — even though it was meant to be done well before that. He snapped, “I don’t know what you want me to do.” An hour later, we went in to collect our untouched clock, the same staff did not let us speak and literally walked away while we were trying to speak. He talked to us as if we were nothing worth listening to and he was a high person of authority not hearing any of our word. My mum is the nicest, kindest person, and no one should be spoken to like that — not as a human, let alone as a customer. One of the staff members is always nice, but this front-of-house man clearly doesn’t handle customer issues well and seems to lack basic customer service skills when things go wrong. Looking at other reviews, others have had the same rude, defensive attitude — even being hung up on when questioned. They might do good repairs, but when things go wrong, or when customers ask for updates, the customer service from this particular staff is awful. Don’t come here if you don’t want to risk being talked to like you’re nothing.
I like supporting local business instead of going franchises. Used these gentleman 3 times to remove links In 3 of my watches. Fast effortlessly sorted and always reasonable on price. Why I always tip or offer them a coffee or drink from 1 of the good places on the same floor.
Amazing people and great, reasonable, and quick service. 2 of my watches needed battery replacement and both were done on the spot. Thanks for the great service.
Very kind and proffessional staff. Unfortunately had an issue with one of the pieces I handed in, however, the staff were very understanding and took all measures to try and rectify the issues. Thankfully we were able to come to an agreement. Defiantly would recommend!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They’ve been here for years and I always take watches there for batteries and repairs. They only ever made one mistake and that they sorted out immediately in a very satisfactory way with no messing about. Straightforward skilled and very hardworking. Highly recommended.
A real gem of a local business been here almost as long as St.Anns has been opened. I had a watch that needed a new pin in the strap, also asked for a clean of strap. They ultra sound cleaned the strap. Came up like new. Also had another watch that needed a battery. All done while we went shopping. Competitive pricing, thoroughly recommend.
