   I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The service I received from start to finish was faultless. Dean is an absolute asset to this business. He went above and beyond to make my visit as easy and quick as possible as I had travelled from quite a distance ; even offering to make me tea and coffee ☺️ I must also mention the actual ‘fitters’ who did a great job; I’m very happy with the overall experience.

   Review for National Windscreens I recently had my windscreen replaced by National Windscreens, and unfortunately, it caused major problems with my car. While they were changing the windscreen, one of the sensors was damaged. As soon as I drove away — less than half a mile — my car completely shut down. I had to call for recovery and take it to a local garage for repairs. When the damage was inspected, it was clear that it happened during the windscreen replacement. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and extra cost. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

   Once I booked my appointment as an insurance job for a windscreen replacement, I was quite nervous attending due to the bad reviews but I took the chance and I had my work carried out by Russel. He made sure pictures were taken of the car prior to starting the job and he took care and precision in replacing the windscreen and calibrating it. I did share my concerns about the reviews but he gave me peace of mind and he delivered. The fitting was spot on and no damage done to my car

   Very good experience. I arrived at the appointment as advised. Was seen to straight away and advised there would a potential 3hr wait( with explanation). Waiting area is basic but comfortable. Was offered tea/coffee while waiting. WiFi is also available. Job(windscreen replacement) was successfully completed within advised timescale. Was told that some glass was vacuumed from car interior as part of the activity, and that they would be happy to come out to me if any residuary was left. Staff were friendly and attentive.

   Brilliant service! Massive thanks to Tony who went above and beyond to replace my windscreen! Due to my car being pretty much elderly in the car world and parts being impossible to find Tony managed to find substitute rubbers to fit my windscreen and even popped into work on his day off for my to collect the car. Thank you so much

   Was getting stressed & running late as could not find them as my sat nav stopped working, I knew that i was close by, i called & spoke to Tony who actually came to me & i followed him back to the shop, ( Brownie points right there!!). was offered hot drink, thank you very much! was shown into waiting room which was warm & cosy while i waited for my windscreen to be replaced, was done & on my way home in less than 2 hours all in, Excellent service ,courteous & very helpful staff (Tony & Jaden) ( I hope I've spelled that correctly!. ) Thank you would definitely use again if needed.

   Touch my car when I told them not to and waiting weeks for them to sort out a window that they then said was broken in transit so can't give me the correct glass. But weather that was true or not I don't know because about 2 weeks ago I saw one of there technician fixing a windowscreen of a neighbours car and my window which was not the tinted one and the wrong trim that feel of because they touch my car. So it's taken around 2 months to tell me today on the 12.12.22 that they was going to repair. Well no thanks

   I have used this company because my insurance recommended then. THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN THEY HAVE TAKE MY WIPER OFF AND PUT THE WINDOW AND DID NOT PUT THE WIPER BACK LEAVING ME WITH IT. I HAVE BROKEN PICES OF WIDOWS LEFT IN MY CAR. THE WINDOW IS NOT PUT PROPERLY ONE SILE HAVE 1CM GAP AND ON THE OTHER SIDE 1MM. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! AVOID IF YOU CAN!
