   Recently I posted a poor review here because I had a bad experience with an order, now I have to eat my words and am happy to be able to say, after a very prompt apology and explanation from Anna and a swift and efficient solving of my problem, I have received my korinna necklace and couldn't be more happy with it. It arrived in very colourful and pretty wrapping (ideal if it's for a gift). It's beautifully made, very simple and understated and yet quirky and cool. I'll be wearing it on repeat.    I’ve bought a gold name necklace from AnnaLou and I absolutely love it! I also get loads of comments from people saying how much they like my necklace. I couldn’t be happier with it! I’ve worn a lot and it still looks as good as new. Would definitely recommend.

   Hi , I tend not to bother too much about posting reviews, however I do feel compelled to do so when I get outstanding service along with a great product. I would just like to thank Anna for going the extra mile to make sure I received the Hepburn necklace for my wife in time for christmas. I was initially looking for a rose gold necklace but as all the products are hand made to order, time was limited, mainly because I had left it a bit late to do my Christmas shopping. Anna suggested that she already had a yellow gold piece available and that she was able to dispatch in time for Christmas but should my wife not like it I could return it in exchange for a rose gold one. Anyway, there was no need as my wife was delighted. I shall be ordering the earings soon to match. Thanks once again.
