   Horrible customer service - I was already waiting to be served for a while as there was only one person serving till someone else came. I was served by Asal, who already came with attitude and no awareness of customer service. I tried to resize a ring and was extremely rude and unwelcoming and gave me a service that made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed to even enter the shop. As someone who works in customer service I was appalled - she needs better training and a new attitude .

   I came on a Saturday to have a look for a gift. I was given a warm welcome by Claudia C, who was amazing in helping me put an idea together. Her creativity and amazing personality has made my visit very unique and memorable. I will certainly be coming back to this shop. Thank you very much :)

   My daughter went to shop for her birthday. She was shown some expensive charms(90£) and told that they have Unidays discount of 10% on all jewellery items. She managed to pick something reasonable as she was spending out of her pocket money- When she went out to pay The sales consultant said their system wasnt working so they can’t offer the discount ! My daughter could clearly see the communication between the sales consultants that see she picked up the cheaper one !! How ridiculous can this be ! A 40£ charm which would have 4£ discount was not given simply because the floor staff decided not to - even though they themselves informed when she had a 90£ charm on her basket !! My daughter had to pay extra 4£ out of her pocket money - why ???

   I had the worst experience at this store. I went in to buy my mother’s day gift. Two ladies were serving when I walked in so I gave them time to finish, thats when other customers walked in and I was not acknowledged at any moment by the advisors. After spending 30 minutes in store and not been served, I waited by the tills so someone could see that I was ready to purchase, however the lady finished with her customer and again didn’t acknowledge me. She went to the tills where the other two ladies were serving and the manager told her to serve me but by then I was walking away. The sales advisor had such a bad attitude that I returned and went to the manager to get her name so I could make a complain. When I was speaking to the manager she started talking back at me when I clearly wasn’t speaking to her. I’m really disappointed with Harrow customer service. Even after I told the manager the situation she didn’t even tried to be nice and apologise for the inconvenience, as a manager she should have turned things over and sell what I went in for. Yet she let me walk away frustrated and empty handed.

   Karen served me, she is extremely rude, arrogant and doesn't seem bothered at all. Kept insisting to buy more items which I didn't want, she made me feel pressured into joining the pandora club. Horrible experience.

   I love this shop. Today i bought earings, and if you spend 59£, you can get charms for free. Ovidiu made our visit extremely nice, he was very nice and patient and his customer service is amazing. Thank you so much❤️
