   Terrible service...gave some jewellery for repair, got charged but it was never actually repaired properly. Gave same item again for repair, called to check if it was ready and got told I will get a call back in 15 mins. Never got a call back, no one responded to the message I left and no one answered phone for almost two weeks. Finally when I got through I got told they are extremely busy with wedding season and have therefore ignored phone calls!! Can't imagine what anyone who's ordered jewellery for their wedding would feel like in this situation!
