   Brilliant service! Dropped my engagement ring off in the morning for rhodium plating and a polish. Was told it would be ready the following day, very quick, I thought. Received a text later on saying it was ready! Was able to have my ring back on my finger by 4.30 the same day! So happy! Thank you.

   Went into store 3 days ago to have them look at my late dad's ring. He wore it daily for ~30 years including during DIY so it was in a sorry state! It needed two new stones and setting, plus a good clean and polish, they also coated the white gold in rhodium for shine and protection. Was advise it could be up to 3 weeks but that was worse case scenario and it'll like be much sooner. Received a text today to say it was ready. Cannot believe the difference in the ring, it looks brand new! Absolutely amazing service, great staff (both front and back of house!), very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. This ring is very sentimental to me and I didn't feel at all nervous handing it over to Clarkes, I knew it would be in good hands as family members have used them before. Would not go anywhere else. A great independent jewelers and so glad they are still thriving on our high street, much better than big competitors! Keep supporting small local businesses like this or we will lose real gems! Thanks so much for restoring dad's ring to it's former glory. It will be worn daily again by my brother in dad's memory.

   Went to this jewellers on Wednesday 2/07/2025 to have links taken out of my watch strap. The 2 ladies that served me were just so helpful and friendly . The lady that actually done the work on the strap she even offered to set the date and time. The ladies in question provided good old high quality customer service well done ladies.    Lovely staff helped me out, was expecting to pay for an adjustment on a watch but was done free of charge as it was an easy task for the lady. Gave great advice on some other repairs that she advised would be better from the manufacturer under warranty. A brilliant small business that cares about its customers more than money. I’ll be using them for all my needs from now on!

   I always bring my ladies Gucci oblong faced watch in for a new battery to Clarkes. I have previously tried 3 other jeweller's in Sutton but they won't touch it and want to send it off to Gucci. Clarkes change the battery there and then. Clarkes also resized an 18ct diamond ring for me at a very good price and with a great finished job. I would highly recommend them.

   Amazing and professional jewellers who go above and beyond. I have been to Louise a few times over the years mainly for fixing my jewellery and even with designer watches she was able to remove links that the original retailer wasn’t! My most recent visit was to her colleague Mark who was able to adjust two Pandora rings for me (made larger) He did such an amazing job you couldn’t even tell where it had been adjusted! Louise was as lovely as ever and Mark great job. Both were friendly and customer service is always great here. Thank you!

   I went on Friday and had two watch battery changes, some link cuffs to come of a watch for a better fit and needing a fix for my Casio watch also as the strap pin was not secure. All was fixed and sorted within 30-45 minutes. Bearing in mind there was 4 watches with different issues I had, with different brands. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had said I would do one as they never disappoint. The only way I can describe Clarkes Jewellers is professionalism. Will only go to them for any watch issues.

   I strongly recommend Clarkes Jewellers: great, efficient & very friendly service. I was upset that Gucci kept my Gucci watch for 3 months only to tell me they were unable to change the battery (after years of taking it to Gucci). My father, who passed away last year, gave it to me as a Christmas present years back so it was very important to me that my watch worked again. I took it to Clarkes Jewellers on the recommendation of a friend and it took them minutes (!) to change the battery… I am very grateful to them. I will definitely be back !
