I was recommended to pop into Sarraf by another jewellers as they do engraving onsite. I wanted a very fiddly pewter pin engraved. They took the time to look, explain why it might be difficult, and then with my agreement gave it a go. They did a perfect job and was exactly what I wanted. Really kind and good at their job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
