   We recently used Coolrocks to get our wedding bands from, and they were great! We first met the Coolrocks team at a wedding fair in London where they had a wide selection of rings to look at and try on. The team were knowledgeable and very approachable on the day. At that point we walked away with a brochure and had left our contact information for the team to talk to us at a later date. That’s when we were contacted by David. David was so friendly and answered all our questions. We quickly set up a meeting to look through more rings and check sizes. David came to our home with a massive selection of wedding bands in tow. David listened to what we wanted and made various selections for us to try on. With his help we found our perfect bands. David then ensured that they would be delivered in time for our big day and ensuring to phone us to check everything was alright upon delivery. We can’t thank David enough for all his help in finding us our perfect wedding bands. We love them and our friends and family have given them plenty of compliments too.

   We cannot express how much we appreciated our appointment with David. He was very warm and helpful when we first met him at the wedding fair, but even better was our individual appointment where we chose our wedding bands. He has a way of discovering what you want your design to be, even if you have no clue yourself. And he will keep you very entertained throughout! He is also very sensitive to other wedding stresses you may have or how indecisive you might be. But most importantly, he has a gorgeous collection of rings and can pretty much change or create anything you might want. Trust me when I say you would have no regrets choosing CoolRocks. Thanks again, David. We can’t wait to receive our rings next year!

   We saw David at a wedding fair and after speaking to him and a few other companies about wedding rings, David was the best price, the only one who offered what we wanted and offered by far the best customer service. On his first visit to us he spent ages talking about us and our wedding plans and since then he has been more than helpful, so easy to contact and has helped us a lot! Will be recommending him to our friends in the future definitely!

   Our rings, & the service provided by CoolRocks, has been nothing short of perfect. We've already left a fab "pre-delivery" review before, but after actually receiving our rings we have to reiterate that we found a true star with this business. With the COVID-19 lockdown we did not even know if we could say our "I do"'s on 4 July, but CoolRocks made sure they were with us every step of the way, ensuring that we were nothing less than thrilled with the rings, that we were happy with the assistance they offered & to wish us the best of luck and support for our special day. We were the first couple to get married at St Albans Registry Office following the lifting of lockdown restrictions, & although the wedding party was in clothes from their own wardrobes, no party, no proper wedding dress & 12 guests, having our beautiful rings for the day was priceless.
