   Forget Hatton Garden, this store is far more better! I've been looking for an engagement ring and visited dozens of jewellers in London but Robert's customer service is another level. The Staff is focused on you and your needs, you are going to be served with a smile and a professional manner. Never experienced such great customer service and so helpful and competent sellers.

   I’m usually terrible at actually getting round to writing reviews but there’s no way I couldn’t make the effort for Robert and his team after the service I’ve experienced there recently. My fairly intricate engagement ring broke several years ago and I lost a diamond. After an initial consultation with Robert it became apparent that this wasn’t going to be a quick fix (a previous botched repair from elsewhere complicated things somewhat). Eventually I was able to go through my insurance and they offered my the chance to get it repaired locally rather than through their specialist. I’m so pleased I opted to go locally and through Robert. From start to finish I’ve been consulted and considered. Every detail has been run past me and they rebuilt the ring around my wedding band and eternity ring which wouldn’t have happened through my insurer. They’ve sent me emails with progress pictures, they’ve invited me in to the store to discuss possibilities (welcoming my children with the odd chocolate along the way) and created the most beautiful ring. It looks exactly the same, albeit it is now a far superior ring, more robust and less susceptible to catching and breaking. I picked up the finished ring last weekend and the welcome I had was just incredible. I was able to collect it when the jeweller who had made it (sorry I can’t remember your name!) was there and seeing him so pleased with my reaction was just the best. Then to top it off they presented me with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers to thank me for my custom! I was in danger of becoming a sobbing mess in the middle of the shop by that point so I made a quick exit but I was so touched by the care, kindness, pride and professionalism. I’ve had a more simple repair to another ring carried out there too and the service was just as lovely and welcoming then too. So, to anyone looking for any guidance with jewellery I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

   Very good service, he really cares about your items. Got a new watch battery fitted for only £10, seems to be the cheapest in town, which is not a reflection of the service. He also fixed an issue with my watch for free. Many thanks!

   Robert polished and plated my engagement ring and wedding band and has made them look brand new. Brilliant service and very fast as everything is done on site. I took my rings in mid afternoon and got them back the next morning (I was even offered same day collection). Highly recommend this lovely independent business.

   A big thank you to Robert from Robert’s Fine Jewellery based on the Upper Level of the Belfry Shopping Centre. I needed my watch battery replaced only to discover the back had been cross threaded when it was previously replaced by a jewellers in Kingston Upon Thames. Robert was excellent in making sure the job got done, and sent it to a watch repairer. This only took a couple of days and Robert also steam cleaned and buffed out the scratches on the strap. I can honestly say the watch hasn’t looked so good in years and everything cost only £15 so can’t recommend this jewellers highly enough.
