THE WORST! In the store of Notting Hill they sold me a fake faux ring in the price of a real one... The gold plating has worn off completely, and it doesn’t even resemble a proper ring anymore. It’s clearly fake!
Bought a lovely seed pearl silver-plated gold bracelet here this week. However it broke during normal wear the next day. Would not recommend their bracelets.
Worst staff ever. I had three heavy bags full with books to be donated to children in needs and try to purchase a gift for a friend. I had asked a shop assistant to temporarily leave my stuff on one side so that I could look at the items and make my purchase, but another member of staff very aggressively and rudely asked me to remove my stuff from the side and I could only shop with all my bags with me, which was clearly impossible. Very embarrassing and unkind. I would never go back to this store again. You lost a sale this morning and a client
Bought a lovely bracelet April 2024 only worn on evenings out, broke by July 2024. E&E response negative, would not buy from them again and would not recommend.
Fantastic range of unique jewellery, I was very impressed with the range and quality. I brought a present for my wife which she absolutely adored which the staff helped me chose for the occasion. Very happy with our purchase for bracelet, necklace and earring set!
They lie saying their products are handmade from turkey but they are all made in china they are really bad quality and have disgusting customer service

Lovely silver jewellery! This is my first time visiting Notting Hill branch of e&e. I have already been in Oxford and Camden branches. Those guys have the most beautiful silver ear cuffs, silver rings and silver earrings. Strongly recommended!
