My Fiancé's engagement ring was damaged at work, I contacted Bea about repairing it and she got back to me really quicky. Bea was really transparent about the cost of the repair, and how long it would take - it looks absolutely good as new and we're so happy with it! Cannot recommend highly enough, Bea is fantastic!
I am visiting from California and had sent a message through Bea’s website. Her studio hours posted that she was closed on Saturday and Sunday, but I was having lunch nearby and hoped to stop by on the weekend before departing early Monday morning. Needless to say, Bea was incredibly accommodating. The pieces in Bea’s studio are just stunning … I can’t say enough about her craftsmanship. But more so, Bea took her time showing me so many of her beautiful pieces. I left with beautiful earrings (as I had intended and hoped for) and a stunning necklace. I hope I will be able to return to London and support Bea again! The pictures don’t do them justice, but trust go onto her website or go visit her studio because there is so much character and great quality in each piece.
Bea was amazing! She was so lovely and kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. I had two necklaces made from different metals that needed fixing quickly before a wedding overseas, and she managed to get them both done with such a fast turnaround. The quality of her work is incredible - I can’t even tell where the repairs were made. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend her more!
I spent a lovely few hours creating a beautiful silver bangle under Bea's guidance in her lovely studio workshop. Bea was really good company, and a patient, relaxed teacher. It was great to go through the whole process of manipulating the silver, soldering, filing, polishing, embossing etc. and I love my finished piece, which I'll wear a lot. Bea is a very skilled jewellery maker and her pieces (on display in her workshop) are stunning. Highly recommend!
I took my sister to do the ring workshop with Bea and we had the best day! Bea welcomed us in to her lovely studio and gave us hot drinks and snacks. She was great at explaining everything and we hadn’t made anything with silver before so it was all very interesting. We left in the afternoon with two very professional looking rings we’d made ourselves! Bea has such lovely energy and so nice to chat to and I’ll definitely be going back! Her pieces are also beautiful and I now buy all my jewellery handmade by her.
I have known Bea coming up close to a year and I feel so lucky to have met her! Not only is her work unique and she takes real pride in it, she is a lovely person and cares very much about her customers. I have lost count of the number of pieces I have bought from her. Some of them have been commissions she has made entirely from scratch, some she has already made, and some pieces she has made from gemstones and silver I have given her. She has also repaired and taken jewellery to be repaired for me. I honestly wonder if there is anything she cannot do! Bea consistently updates you if she is working on something for you, making sure you are 100% happy with it before she sends it to you. If a ring needs resizing, even if its not one she has made, she will do her best to help you out. Her work has gotten such a response from people when I have worn it, to the extent that friends, family and colleagues have bought and commissioned pieces from her. Her jewellery also makes great gifts and this Christmas, there are quite a few Bea Jareno Jewellery items under the tree. I love Bea's style of jewellery and what inspires her to make her jewellery. Her talent combined with her kindness and generosity makes her stand out from many jewellers I have done business with. Thank you Bea for everything you have done, everything you will do, and I can't wait to see what you make next! :)
Having bought a beautiful necklace from Bea, I requested a commission of a very special ring. I sent photos and ideas and, throughout the process, Bea was incredibly attentive and receptive and went to great lengths to ensure that the ring was exactly as I wanted! I even changed my mind on the dimensions of the stone (after she'd sent me samples) and later on the height of the rings but she never minded and continued to accommodate whatever I wished to make sure that I was entirely delighted with my ring - and I was! I love the ring SO much and I know that, whenever I want something new and original I will buy from Bea. I now can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Bea, for giving me everything my heart desired and for being so very generous with your time and attention - you are a true joy to work with!
I enjoyed my first workshop with Bea so much that I decided to come back for a second one! The studio is lovely and cosy, well equipped. She gives clear instructions and has been very patient with me. I will definitely go back for more workshops to finish off my Opal collection!
