Received exceptional service here from Basen. He gives a very fair price for buying gold compared to the other jewllery shops on the high street also he is very pleasant when dealing with you which I find is lacking in the other jewllery shops in the vicinity. I cannot recommend Basen highly enough and will continue to use him in the future. Thank you for dealing with us in both a respectful and curteous manner.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Absolutely horrible experience!!! The sales assistant tried selling me a fake diamond ring. When I asked for the geometry certificate he became very rude and refuse to answer any of my question. Better to go to a well known high Street shop rather than this place.
